Production:
Eagle Steel manufactures its products to proven safety standards to provide optimum strength and rigidity. We employ Certified Welders to make welds on components and connections, ensuring the greatest durability. The finished product is a simple-to-erect structure that is easily bolted together on site with the high-grade hardware supplied. This allows the flexibility to make alterations in the future. As your needs change, so can our versatile products.
Finishing:
An enamel finish not only looks great, but protects the raw steel components, adding years of life. Our paint finishing facilities spray each component with electrically charged paint particles assuring seamless and durable adhesion to the steel surface. We have four standard colours but we can also custom match any palette. Power coating and galvanized finishes can also be done as required.
Shipping:
With over 30 years of production, shipping and installation experience, Eagle Steel has developed a reliable network of international shipping companies to get your product to its destination safely and on time. After the finishing stage, the product is packaged to both protect from damage and expedite shipping. All components are shipped complete with all proper fastening hardware ready for installation.
Installation:
Our experienced installation professionals are equipped with the tools and know-how to ensure timely product installation with minimum disruption to your plant operations. Our installers are provided with copies of stamped plans to ensure your product goes up according to national and regional building code, and are fully capable of resolving on-site modifications as needed.
